As an experienced Colorado wedding DJ company, we provide professional reception entertainment, emcee services, music planning, ceremony sound, decor uplighting, photo booth options, production lighting, and event entertainment for weddings across the Colorado Front Range.
We start by discussing the vision you have for your wedding ceremony and reception. Once you have reserved your date with us, we encourage communication in the months before your event so we can customize the entertainment around your timeline, music preferences, venue, formal moments, and overall style.
To make planning easier, we email you a login and password for our complimentary online planning forms, where you can organize important wedding details, including:
- Music Requests – You can add songs to your “Must Play,” “Play If Possible,” and “Do Not Play” lists. You can also listen to song clips, review lyrics, and use our music suggestion tool for first dances, ceremony music, party songs, and more.
- Ceremony & Reception Planning Forms – With over 15 years of wedding experience, our planning forms include common ceremony and reception traditions so you can customize key moments, songs, announcements, and formal events.
- Event Timeline – You can give us a detailed timeline or a rough idea of the flow you envision for your wedding day, including the ceremony, introductions, dinner, speeches, formal dances, cake cutting, open dancing, and final song.
- Online Payments – To make the planning process more convenient, JAMMIN’ DJs also offers online payment options.
Once your planning forms are completed, we meet with you approximately 30 days before your wedding to review the details with your assigned DJ. Your DJ will also act as your emcee, making announcements and helping guide the flow of the event from start to finish so you and your newlywed can relax, enjoy the day, and not worry about the small details.
Every aspect of your event is considered, including setup, DJ attire, introductions, announcements, formal dances, song choices, lighting colors, vendor coordination, and the overall guest experience. We are willing to help with anything needed to make your wedding feel organized, personal, and exceptional.
On the wedding day, we arrive at least one hour before our scheduled start time for complimentary setup and sound checks. You’ll see us coordinating with the venue and other vendors so the event continues moving smoothly.
